I am recognized as a branding master, particularly in the realms of real estate and education, where I have transformed over 50 average players into industry icons. I am known for "developing brands into businesses," and my impressive track record extends beyond companies. I have successfully assisted numerous prominent celebrities, including Hardik Pandya, Rana Gurmeet Singh Sodhi (Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, Govt. of Punjab), Ramesh Bidhuri, Riddhi Bahl, and Deepak Hooda. Many other notable individuals have also benefited from my expertise in managing their personal brands, enhancing their visibility and success in their respective fields.

Apart from being a leading branding consultant, I am also a communication expert. My experience in mass communication has greatly facilitated the growth and business development of my clients in public relations, digital media, and corporate sectors. With my extensive background in marketing, I founded a digital marketing company called DigiComm and a premium design studio named Studio 360. I specialize in both business and corporate communication, working with prominent individuals such as Rana Gurmeet Singh Sodhi, Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, Govt. of Punjab, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Deepak Hooda, Riddhi Bahl, Ramesh Bidhuri, and Ruchi Veera.

Throughout my professional career, I have successfully penetrated both private and public domains, allowing me to build extensive networks in both sectors. I have led various government projects and played an instrumental role in implementing key policies. My reputation in the media industry has elevated me to the position of a large-scale social media influencer. I also founded an NGO focused on the socio-economic upliftment of women and have worked significantly for the betterment of society. My commitment to making a positive impact drives me to continue my efforts in both my professional and philanthropic endeavors.

PR Professional

For the past seven years, I have consistently received the "Best PR Professional of the Year" award, reflecting my expertise and extensive experience in the field. This recognition has been acknowledged by various news media as well. My core specialization lies in managing and overseeing PR campaigns for clients in real estate, education, and, more recently, politics. I began my career as a freelancer and founded my own venture, ICCPL Group of Companies, in 2011. Today, I lead one of the finest PR agencies in North India, serving over 100 clients with comprehensive expansion strategies. Among my largest real estate clients are Ansal, DLF, and Gaursons.

Startup Mentor

A great idea and the passion to start up aren’t the only ingredients for successful entrepreneurship. Finding investors doesn’t complete the journey either. Having a good mentor to lean on during times of uncertainty—when questions outnumber answers, when doubts cloud enthusiasm, or when you’re excited to celebrate but wonder if it’s too early—is crucial. While I have been focused on my own ventures, I’ve also played a vital role in helping small companies grow from startup phases to industry leaders by developing business models and revenue generation streams. I actively mentor startups and entrepreneurs in areas like strategy, business management, sales, marketing, and funding.

With over 12 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and seasoned businessman, I have built and successfully run businesses from the ground up. I'm passionate about empowering young, budding entrepreneurs to scale their ventures using my strategies and insights.     ONE MAN'S INSPIRING JOURNEY FROM A 5000 RS. STARTUP TO A FLOURISHING GROUP OF COMPANIES

    ICCPL has been the forerunner in unique public relations strategies since its inception in 2011. The organization, which has grown from 5000 Rs. startup to a respectable and prosperous group of companies was the brainchild of dynamic management graduate, Dushyant Sinha. After working with giants like Deutsche Bank and Wipro, Sinha founded his own venture at the age of 25.


    ICCPL, renowned for its unique, robust, and perfect implementation has successfully and comprehensively served over a hundred clients in the past 8 years. As of today, it is one of the largest public relations companies in the real estate sector, and has served more 150 clients and is also venturing into other sectors.


    The organization also conceptualized and organized India’s first real estate property awards in 2015. This awards ceremony broke all previously held records by receiving 350 nominations from over 100 real estate organizations in cities across the country.


    Recently, Mr. Sinha ventured into political analysis and media management under the brand, “Lead India,” which is the political wing of ICCPL.


    Mr. Sinha, being a communication expert expanded his domain to digital communication under the brand name “DigiComm,” the organisation that attempted to revolutionise the way that online marketing happens in the sector with a vision to provide unique content to the digital world, thus enabling companies to reach target audiences.
    Promoting a creative culture, understanding the importance of design, communication proficiency, and sensible management were the four key factors that led to the resounding success of Studio 360, the creative wing of ICCPL.


    Seeing massive changes and developments and with hardcore experience in Real Estate, understanding the problems faced by the sector, Mr. Sinha conceptualized the idea of building a brand by the name FindMyCowork -India’s fastest growing Tech enabling search engine for booking and reviewing workspaces under its Parent company Cotech Management FFindmyCowork envisions to provide the genuine one-stop solutions to all your office and flexible workspace problems.


    Mr. Sinha has always been a hustler and a serial entrepreneur by building brands from scratch and developing business strategies that have given his clients enormous profits.
